What to Expect

This timeline to be used as a guide only. It is meant to reflect the process in which a customer would experience once their offer has been accepted and their conditions removed.

  • You will be contacted within approximately one week to visit our head office for your design consultation and colour selection. All customers whose names appear on the offer must be present at this time.

    • This is a very important part of the process. Appointments are conducted between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday - Friday, and average 2-3 hours in duration. It is key that this takes place during these times, as some material availability with various suppliers may need to be confirmed. We understand that time away from your job may be difficult, so we offer something unique. While other builders are having you travel from supplier to supplier to choose your colours, which can be both stressful and time consuming, one visit to the Raymax showroom will finalize everything. Here you’ll be able to choose from hundreds of different colours and styles to customize your home with. A variety of these samples can also be previewed through our Interactive Showcase.

    • During that same showroom visit you’ll meet with a skilled designer who will be there to answer your design and construction questions, as well as offer solutions based on your specific needs. Questions are encouraged, so write them down and bring them in. At this same time you’ll be asked which lawyer you’ll be using to complete the transaction.
